Friends of Good Hope Hospital were delighted to have collected an incredible £6,000 from the Sainsbury’s Local on Walsall Street in Sutton Coldfield, the results of a successful year’s charity work with the local supermarket.
The KIDS West Midlands charity has a new piece of equipment at their Early Years Centre on Birmingham Road in Sutton Coldfield, following a donation by the Rotary Club of Wylde Green.

More than 20 people went over the edge in a 170ft abseil to raise money for John Taylor Hospice. Descending 17 floors from the roof of Birmingham’s Park Regis Hotel, the abseilers have raised over £6,000 to support families across the West Midlands.
